Consultant in public health medicine and head of the Clinical Function Unit in the NHS England National Healthcare Inequalities Improvement Programme.
Dianne has over the last 20 years led the review and development of several services in the NHS at local, regional and national level. She has successfully supported the development of various national policies and programmes to transform and improve the quality of services.
Dianne is a Fellow of the Faculty of Public Health and has been a member of the NIHRs Health Technology Assessment Prioritisation Committee for many years.
